ENVY or JEALOUS. What's the difference?

 

ENVY or JEALOUS

1.      Envy

Envy is wanting what someone else have. It means you don’t have it so you feel envy about it.

Example:

• -          I envy his new shirt.
• -          He envy she got scholarship.

2.      Jealous

Jealous is afraid of losing what you have. It means the things is belong to you or your closest people so that you wanna keep it by yourself.

Example:

• -          I feel jealous when my friend hang out with her new friend.
• -          She feel jealous when he plays her toy.
